Please note that other locations do not offer GF options or dedicated fryers:(
Been to Duffs years ago and liked it a lot. I've since had to go on a gluten free diet due to Celiac's. Everywhere we looked online says that Duffs wings are gluten free, but be aware they DON'T have a dedicated fryer- if you are sensitive, there is risk of exposure from their onion rings and French fries that are fried in the same fryer. Unfortunately the only other option was salads.
— Not very
— No gluten-free information on the menu
We’ve been here a few times and the staff understood our needs every time. Wings have a dedicated fryer but not all sauces are GF. All the hot ones are GF. Fries etc. not gluten free so options are limited if you’re not gonna eat wings!
Yes
Not celiac friendly - they do not have a dedicated fryer for their wings. The wing sauce is GF.
No
Good wings, can't have the appetizers as they all go in the same fryer. Staff need further training as to what gluten free means. Confirmed by the manager they use a separate fryer.
No
Ordered takeout from there 3 times and no issues.
This is the best place for wings I've found yet! They have separate fryers for their gluten free wings. They have a selection of gluten free sauces for the wings as well. Their salads/dressings are gluten free as well (if you ask to remove croutons).
They were very friendly when ordering for takeout on the phone and explained every choice I had and why they were safe.
This was a great find!
Update: On my next visit I was told by one of the girls that the fryers are shared. After asking to speak with the manager, he reassured me several times that the fryers are in fact dedicated. I did order and the food was delicious. I stand by my original review stating these are celiac safe.
I will say though, staff training is very important. To feel safe, the staff should be able to answer these questions confidently.
Yes
Patrick post in incorrect. There has always been dedicated fryers gluten allergy.
Yes
Duff's is a chicken wings franchise - and their wings are great. Their wings are also gluten free. If you like wings and you are gluten free, this is a great place. The french fries and the rest of their menu is not gluten free.
