Review of Duke's

The menu itself only had 1 item marked GF. But when I spoke to the waitress she was incredibly knowledgeable about what I could eat. She knew about different dishes that had sauces with gluten and that there would be cross contamination in the fryer. They have GF burger buns and I went with a burger and a salad. The food was good! As far as safety goes, I am not sure if we just had an amazing waitress or if this place is truly safe. I am typically very strict about where I eat and cross contamination, I am pleasantly surprised that I did not get sick from eating here.
