Pakistani-Indian cuisine:There are tons of curries and kababs that are naturally gluten free. Everything pairs really well with rice and a side of peppers and onions. The cilantro yogurt sauce and tamarind sauce balance out flavors perfectly. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Behari Kabab and Chicken Biryani. There is a possibility of cross contamination in the open kitchen. If you're highly sensitive to gluten, eat at your own discretion - I've never been glutened here though :)
