Have always been able to rest safely, here. They're willing to accommodate, as soy sauce seems to be the biggest barrier. Most things can be prepared gluten free. Haven't had any ill effects from eating here.

The only gluten free option they have is the fresh rolls without the sauce. So basically cabbage in a sticky roll. They did try to make sure I didnt eat anything with gluten in it though.
