Well, this one is hard to write since I was excited to see a few gluten-free options and had a good first experience. I went for a second time out with friends since I thought it was safe. I was wrong.
The last time I went, they double checked everything to make sure it was gluten-free, made my burger in a separate pan to prevent cross-contamination and made sure it wasn’t around anyone else’s food when they brought it out. Didn’t get sick!
The second time, the waitress was clearly uneducated and annoyed by me. I asked for the same request letting her know how serious my celiac is and I was told “It’s too busy to do that”. After I brought up about the last time, she then said “I guess I can ask”. She never came back to let me know if the cook was able to do that or not. Instead she took out my food along with others and my food was CLEARLY touching someone else’s plate that was full of gluten. I told her I cannot eat this and was told “Why can’t you eat around it?”. I almost just ignored it but stood my ground since my celiac is really bad. She rolled her eyes, took it to the back, (don’t even think 5 minutes went by), and brought out the same plate. I was so frustrated I just ate it. I ended up having the worst reaction I’ve ever had that night.
I guess it depends on who you get, which isn’t fun. Definitely not celiac friendly..

Burger was good. Gluten free bun was good. Cider selection was poor. I did not get sick.
Ate here again and got super sick. Turlock is not a good town to have celiacs in 😭

I have had their gluten free bun on the 50/50 burger many times and have never had an issue. I don’t order their sauce, however, because I’m unsure if it is gluten free. The servers are very helpful about making sure the food is prepared appropriately.

While burgers can come with a gluten free bun I had mine with lettuce . Server went to check if special sauce ‘s mayo and ketchup had gluten / wheat on their original bulk containers, he also confirmed they can make the burger in a pan instead of on the grill for me
All went well, and all tasted great
Yes
When I asked about Gluten free options, I was told they have gluten free crust for the pizzas and that it’d be prepared in a separate space to avoid cross-contamination. They also have gluten free buns for the burgers. Unfortunately, there’s no dedicated fryer, so fries are out. When I asked the specifics about dressings/marinades/seasonings, the server seemed unsure.
