Super safe--the owner has Celiac so the staff is well trained and everything on the menu can be made GF in a dedicated kitchen space.
I've been twice and preferred the savory options over the sweet (found the huckleberry pancakes to taste good but be undercooked...quite claggy in the middle) but will keep stopping by when driving between the north west and the mountain west areas! Pretty basic rural cafe fare but done well. The other adults (non-GF) I travel with like it.
Very friendly and knowledgable staff. :)
