The frosties come in a variety of flavors that will explicitly say on the bottle if they are gluten free (any Dutch bros) and have otherwise been safe in my experience. I generally just get a chocolate frosty cause it’s tasty, I’m usually in a rush, long line, and too anxious to take up space to see what other flavors are safe and available.
But I had this last fall a pumpkin spice frosty, that was tasty, too!
Staff in my experience are hit/miss on knowledge of gf. That’s not a company priority but an individual thing.

Dutch Bros as a chain has very understanding and kind workers, so when I have asked to make sure their coffees are gluten free, they have been very helpful. My personal favorite, the Golden Eagle, is gluten free.

I was hesitant because of some contradictory online reviews saying that some of the syrups might be unsafe. The person who took my order didn’t know what was gluten free, so I googled furiously to find out.
I got an iced “Carmelator” with whipped cream, which was creamy and excessively sweet. Didn’t get sick, just caffeinated.

I had a strawberry drink and according to a website I read all their drinks are gluten-free. I was sick within a couple hours.
