I went to mill stream Cafe and ordered gf tenders and tots. Both are baked so it takes about 20 min. These items are NOT on the menu so just ask!

The only place at the park with gluten free food options aside from dessert was the Mill Stream cafeteria. They had GF chicken tenders and tater tots - made to order so it took some time. In the chaos at lunchtime, my GF order was accidentally given to someone who didn’t order it so be careful to actually get what you ordered.

Mill Stream had gluten free chicken tenders and tots, salads, fruit, a gf brownie and chips. The Dole Whip was gluten free, they even brought out the bag with the ingredients to show us. There’s an ice cream truck with a “gluten free and allergy” friendly sign. Rita’s is gf too.

Dole Whip is GF and DF !! So delicious.

Ok for celiac if you want salad, apple sauce, water, chocolate milk. No gf things beyond that. They will let you bring in food if you tell them you are celiac. Park itself is fun for kids.
