This place Was Amazing ! We went the first two times and loved it and were impressed. Then went back a few months later and the service was horrible, we all were sick for a few days. This is not a safe place to eat ! Please be careful.

Really good rosemary fries (dedicated fryer), but terrible burgers. Skip it!

Totally amazing. The GF bun was soft and delicious...not your run-of-the-mill freezer stash. Fries were in a separate fryer and totally delicious. Everything marked GF clearly on menu.

I was so excited to see gluten-free calamari on their menu. It inspired an appetizer dinner. I had the calamari, garlic-rosemary fries, and chips and guac. A lot of fried food :-) The calamari was delicious. The guac was good but I wasn't a big fan of the chips. I thought they were a little too thick. The fries were okay - a little light on the garlic for me, but tasty.

Tried them out for the first time last night...havw a dedicated gf fryer and are celiac certified. I was thrilled to hear that. Got the Gf bbq chicken wings and garlic fries and they were very good. also tried the gf calamari but wasn't as impresses. For dessert the Lemon bar was delicious and the chocolate cake was good as well. The only thing that made me nervous was that they kept the gf baked goods in the same cases as the regular baked goods. I spoke with one of the servers about this and she said they'd take it under advisement. Though the kitchen staff is celiac certified I believe the folks who pull out desserts and take orders need more training.

Hands down the best place in Santa Cruz for GF food. I was able to substitute in organic beef for my burger and a GF bun. They even had pizza! Rosemary fries were crispy and amazing. Dedicated fryer. Knowledgeable staff. Many GF desserts. I had GF calamari also (yum!!!!). Menu clearly marked. This place is a jewel. It is a cafe so don't expect fancy. You bus your own table, but that didn't bug me. I will only eat here from now on when I'm in Santa Cruz.

Excellent gluten free calamari. They confirmed all fryer items were GF so I was safe and sure enough I didn't get sick, yay!! leaving 4 stars instead of 5 only because their veggie burger, which is made there was just so so...but at least it was GF! Everything there was also non GMO and organic a huge plus. I'd definitely go here again.
