East Coast Taco

I absolutely love East Coast Taco. My husband and I often frequent this restaurant. I always stick to the enchiladas which have around six different options for fillings. I have never had symptoms here. However, they only have plant-based compostable silverware which can be an issue for celiacs. They were unable to confirm or deny if the silverware contained wheat. So I just make sure I bring silverware of my own when I go. Staff is knowledgeable about cross-contamination.

I've tried several options on the menu that should be gluten free, but I've have a gluten migraine each time, even after the salad with chicken...without the tortilla bowl obviously. The food tastes good, but is not celiac friendly in my experience.
