Not only does East of Chicago offer excellent personal GF pizzas but they have a properly trained staff at this location that takes many precautions to ensure your pizza is as gluten free as possible. Fantastic service as well.

I had a med gf cheese and pineapple pizza it was one of the best gf pizza's I've ever had! They were knowledgeable about gf. Very nice!

Owner's wife is allergic to gluten, so he is extra cautious and knowledgeable. He said to make the pizza better, ask to have the sauce and cheese taken all the way out to the edge of the crust (since GF crusts aren't exactly flavorful). Huge difference.
