I was given a lunch menu with not a huge amount of options without soy sauce. I asked what the sauce was for the green jade because it said white sauce. The waiter said salt and pepper so I ordered it. I thought it might be like that clear sauce you get on Chinese food but thankfully it wasn't. The sauce was salt and pepper which tasted great. I also had the miso soup and white rice.
