East Wind Lobster and Grille

They have broiled fish that is gluten free but the corn muffin that comes with it is not. My gf daughter loved her fish. The French fries are not gluten free!

Probably a decent place if your Not gluten free. If you are .... your choices are salad , rice , one meal of seared salmon and one meal of grilled Sword tips . Also cross contamination is possible , no dedicated areas.

standard seafood , nothing unique that you can't get at 20 places withing 5 miles. staff not very knowledgeable about gluten content. fish for fish taco is deep fried.

Great spot to sit outside on a nice day and great lobster salad!

Had several gluten free options, the gluten free fish taco was really good and the staff was knowledgeable.
