I will never eat there. They weren't knowledgeable and the staff doesn't care.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for gf. They are not careful enough and are often in a rush (under staffed). We wait a long time for food that often has a mistake. I’m not celiac but my son and I have a gluten allergy and I won’t even chance it.

I'm sharing a sad & hurtful experience we had at our local Eastside Bistro at Avalon Park.

We've been consistent clients for about 2 years mostly every Tuesday since the $5 burger became our family night out. Party of 6. My daughter found a white hair in her burger (things happen) when the waiter gets the owner (wife) she asks & tells us she'll bring a new one. NO PROBLEM.

But then she says...

By the way the last time you guys were here you only left a $2 tip. We keep a tab on everyone.

WHAT??????????? We felt so offended & humiliated. 1st not true, we are stylists & know how significant a tip can be. My daughter said it's either a mistake or there was cash involved.

What if...that's all we had but we chose to spend it there?

What if...it was poor service which most of the time if you sit on a booths you get newbies. We've never minded.

Terrible.

Unfortunately they will no longer be part of our family night out.

they have gf options on the menu. staff is willing tip work with you and are learning about gluton.love this place.
