I ordered a gf pizza and was cross contaminated. I called to inform them about my experience simply so it doesn’t happen to the next person. I was handed off to the owner who was very defensive, telling me it is impossible that I ate gluten from his location, that his staff are highly trained in the kitchen and it was my own fault on something else I ate that day… he then wanted me to send pictures of the pizza to prove it was gluten free. This is when I realized, he doesn’t understand I ate the pizza which is why I was sick so how would I take a picture? Secondly, it was no doubt a gf crust that was just handled with no care and cross contaminated. NOT A GLUTEN SAFE RESTAURANT!
