They staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable about gluten-free options I got the almond butter, hemp seed GF toast with an iced coffee and it was delicious! Will definitely go back

They have a few gluten free options, and tons of dairy free options. I'll be honest, it was hard to find a meal that combined the two. The food I did get was kind of bland and didn't have much flavoring, but could be due to not being able to have dairy either. The juice, however, was amazing. I would go there again just for the juice.

This is more of a vegan place but they were very accommodating to our gf/df needs.
We ordered “the delish”. They put it on Udies gluten free bread. It was very good.
The food was bland but we were very happy to find a safe place to eat.

I called ahead to get advice on what to order since I can't have gluten, dairy, or soy. The server who answered was knowledgeable about ingredients and knew what to suggest. The chicken bowl I ordered was moist and tasty, even without the onions. (I had expected dry and bland. Not so.) Afterwards, I asked the other server what he would suggest if I came there for breakfast sometime. He said they could modify any of the choices listed to suit my dietary needs. Even though the cafe got more full, and a short ordering line formed at lunch, I found it easy to converse with my friend at our table near the door. I suggest calling ahead if you have more than one dietary restriction.
