Eat Sprout

We stopped by on a roadtrip and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of GF goodies and to go meals. I didn’t get sick and it was a great, healthy choice on the road.

— Excellent

Sprout offers gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options. I have celiac disease and have never gotten sick after eating sprout. They even offer gluten free baked goods, coffee, juice and kombucha. Everything is fresh and delicious. Curry Chicken bowl and Peruvian chicken meal highly recommended!

Stopped in on our way to the beach. This is a cafe with full coffee menu, plus smoothies and açaí bowls, and an array of ready to eat/ready to heat meals, some of which are GF. My husband, who has celiac, had the beef noodle bowl and I had the veggie pad Thai (I’m not GF but I chose a GF meal so I could share with my husband). The barista heated them up for us and we enjoyed them at one of the picnic tables out front, in the shade of the umbrellas. Everything was delicious! So good, that I’m still sitting at the picnic table while writing this, my first review on this app.
