I wanted to come here based on all the positive reviews, but my experience was not a positive one. When I walked in and asked about gluten free options, the employee essentially said nothing there was safe and seemed bothered by me sadly. They offered gluten free bread, but said they don’t have a dedicated toaster and said there is gluten everywhere in the kitchen so even preparing anything wasn’t safe. I never like writing negative reviews about companies esp a small local place but I was pretty shocked and disappointed at how I was basically immediately shut down regarding gluten free options. I will never return to this place.

We stopped here for lunch while traveling. They do have limited hours of operation. The place was clean and inviting with games, plenty of tables, some comfortable seating, nice music in the background, and even a gas fireplace. Staff was friendly and GF knowledgeable. We both chose the Michigan salad which was big, fresh and very good, but they can make any sandwich into a GF wrap. The menu also had GF quinoa power bowls and GF soups available! They also have a gluten/dairy free chocolate brownie that was very large, moist and full of extra chocolate. It was so big and rich that we had to split it. We will definitely come here again when we are in the area. What a refreshing hidden gem amid the plethora of chain restaurants in the area.

A friend of mine suggested this place. I tried one of their sandwiches in the gluten free wrap. It was good! I was going to try one of their GF cookies but they were sold out. I’d go back and try more!
