Review of Eataly

Their whole fish with skin on is to die for! so many flavors of citrus and Herb with a delicious crispy skin and a light flaky interior that they will debone for you at the table. the assorted root vegetables have a delicate butter glaze that seem to have a hint of Dill . Honestly, it was beyond fabulous . Excellent presentation and as always wonderful wine pairings everywhere.
