No gf menu, but they are knowledgeable. Here you can have sushi and gf soy sauce, but that’s it.

Yes

Excellent sushi. Has gluten free soy sauce and knowledgeable staff. Chef will alter recipes to accommodate gf, even on all you can eat sushi menu.
