Review of Ecusta Brewing Company

This is the best brewery for celiacs. They have multiple cider and wine options, a separate kitchen that can make almost anything on the menu gluten free. The only thing is the tots and fries are in a shared fryer with the crispy fried shrimp. GF options include rice bowls, tacos, salads, and wings! They are GOOD!
