The menu says there is a dedicated GF prep space for celiacs but when I asked the cashier if they had a list of safe ingredients like meats and sauces, she said no, but offered to tell me if it was safe if I told her which sandwich I wanted. I told her I wanted one with bacon and she said “I can’t think of anything in that one that would have gluten” but those of us with celiac know even meat can have gluten in it sadly.
