Edley’s was great! Staff is very helpful and knowledgable, let you replace non-gluten free sides with gluten free ones at no extra cost. Meat and sauces are gluten free, the staff at the register have a little gluten free cheat sheet and will tell the workers you have an allergy so they change gloves and take proper precautions. Great drinks, food, and vibe!

Edley’s has delicious barbecue food, and all of their meats and sauces are completely gluten free. Many of their sides, including the amazing potato salad and their green beans, are also gluten free. We eat here regularly and I never have a reaction—I always ask the cashier to note that I have celiac/gluten allergy and ask for the kitchen staff to change gloves. They take it seriously and even mark GLUTEN FREE on the lid of the takeout container to make it clear that box is mine. Our favorites are the brisket, the ribs, and the wings (naked with Alabama white sauce on the side), but you really can’t go wrong here. The regular barbecue sauce is sweet with a little spice, and they also have ghost pepper sauce for anyone who likes it really hot.
