Review of Edo Japan

We went based on the reviews here, but they must have changed since those were posted. They do have GF soy sauce, but I was told they couldn't do any sushi GF. They said they could do a hibachi for me, but it didn't seem safe since it doesn't sound like they had a dedicated space. We chose to eat elsewhere.
