Great food, great service, definitely recommend.

I called to see if they were comfortable with handling my dietary restrictions and they were very nice and assured me their staff was trained well and would take good care of me.

When I arrived, the hostess confirmed that I needed safe, gluten free options and then the server did the same when she approached the table.

My friend ordered miso soup and I asked if theirs was GF. The server said she thought it was, but really wasn’t sure so she would check with the kitchen. She returned quickly, confirming that it wasn’t a safe option for me.

I ordered the spicy salmon maki and the salmon avocado maki. Both very good, but the spicy one was my favorite. I also ordered the salmon carpaccio salad and it was fantastic. I loved whatever they dressed it with and the salmon was amazing.

My friend loved what she ordered as well.

The location says Irving, but I would have assumed it was Las Colinas. It’s a nice area and I would consider the restaurant upscale.
