I’m prefacing this review by saying they had the BEST sashimi I’ve ever had. It was amazing. However, they didn’t know if their miso paste was gluten free or not and I made the mistake of gambling and I got hives on my face and bloating (my usual reaction). They do however have gluten free soy sauce but do NOT eat anything with miso here.
