HANDS DOWN one of the best gluten free experiences I’ve ever had, never mind the fact that it’s sushi and you can get take out confidently. They take every precaution by having it go through the manager and head chef before it is made. They have a dedicated kitchen area, and NOTHING is cross contaminated! I dine here weekly if that says anything. Although they have dedicated items on the menu they can modify a lot of rolls to make them gluten free.
