A fun, 90’s-themed breakfast place. There weren’t a lot of gf choices but my breakfast tacos and potatoes were delicious! The waitress was very helpful and said all of their potato options were gluten free.

Items marked GF on the menu. Told the waitress I had Celiac and needed GF, she said she would definitely mark my order GF for the kitchen. I asked if they were careful with cleaning and cross contamination and she said yes. Definitely seemed confident which made me feel better. And she said the potatoes were GF, and they were DELISH! I had the Back That Taco Upand it was really great, with a big side of the potatoes. I am always nervous trying a new place, but I didn't get sick and it was a fun place with delicious food. We did have a bit of a wait, but it was 10 am on a Sunday. I will certainly go there again next time I visit Des Moines.

Great food! Gf items marked on menu. Fun environment with the 90’s hip hop decor. They have outdoor seating - both shaded and sunny. We’ll def come back!

So yummy!! No gf menu but the hostess (manager?) was knowledgeable and super helpful with options. Half the menu was able to be gf. There was a wait but it was well worth it. I will be going here again.

knowledgeable staff, very helpful. Back That Taco Up was great- turkey sausage with egg whites. Red light special omelet also good. was told to not get potatoes.
