Not much options for celiac. I had gluten free pancakes and scrambled eggs the pancakes were ok, very sweet. Eggs were greasy. Best thing I got was a mimosa. Wait for egg harbor lol

No specific GF menu, however the normal menu had GF options. I had the GF pancakes, they come completely plain, no syrup, butter etc, double check what you can have with them. I had the maple syrup, no extra charge.

They pay attention to detail when you mention gluten free. Our server, Nellie, was very friendly; listened to and answered our questions. GF pancakes are very good. Hash browns nice and crispy. We went during the week and it wasn't crowded but Saturdays are busy. Will go back to try the GF waffles.

I read about this restaurant on find me gluten free. With good reviews and a gluten free menu, I was excited!

However, when I sat down and asked our waiter for the gluten free menu, he informed me they did not have a gluten free menu and that they were a "non-gluten, non- friendly establishment" in a rather irritated voice... that phrase doesn't even make sense? I then asked if there was anything that I could eat, he rolled his eyes and said I could order a plain buckwheat pancake with no syrup. He continued with " and no we won't add fruit, chocolate chips, or even powdered sugar to it " ....?! Basically it's bother for him to ask the chef. I understand they were busy, but it is my health and he was very rude and demeaning about it. We left. My experience visiting Chicago with celiac has been fabulous, that is with the exception of Eggs, Inc. Most restaurants (oppose to my hometown) are very educated and willing to modify a plate. I've been thankful to have service that has kept me from getting sick or having to just pick up fruit from a grocery store like I used to.
