First the good:

Food was tasty and I didn’t get sick.

Now the bad:

The only mention of gluten on the menu was the GF pancakes. My server didn’t understand gluten free. Let me clarify:

GLUTEN FREE IS NOT VEGAN! Celiacs can have meat. Celiacs can also have sugar (she wanted to give me sugar free syrup for my GF pancakes). Celiac disease is not a weight loss diet.

Again, I didn’t get sick, but I did have a lot of apprehension.

Please train your staff and mark your menu.

Staff is very nice. They offer make to order Gluten free pancakes or waffles and you can add additional toppings. My son was so happy about it! They also have chicken sausage and turkey bacon for those who don’t eat pork. Gf is prepared in a separate area of the kitchen.

Consistently great food - GF French toast, pancakes and sausage keep me going back. Our favorite breakfast spot. Always friendly!

Tried this restaurant today with my family and it was amazing! The manger was so kind made my pancakes himself cleaned the grill, spatulas and everything. I was so worried I would get sick from reading some other reviews but I was completely fine and everything tasted amazing will definitely be a regular stop when we’re in Frisco

apparently the only GF options are the French toast and pancakes but why not the eggs? or hasbrownsn I assume its they way its prepared or made but the person who came by to let me know was not helpful.

Owners are extremely nice and eager to accommodate. They do have typical breakfast gluten-free options (omelets, etc) and always make my hash browns on a separate area of the grill with clean tools. Wish they had more gf options, but the omelets are the fluffier and best I've ever had!

The gluten free option is toast and pancakes. Other menu items are GF "naturally". The GF pancakes are so good. A real treat!

Best GF pancakes ever had. Super waitstaff and management. GF lunch options as well.
