Server (Jacob) was very helpful in answering all my questions about potential cross contamination and was very open and knowledgeable about how things were done in the kitchen. There is no dedicated cooktop for GF items. I ordered the Santa Fe skillet with GF toast. No reaction.

I used to come here all the time, even before I was diagnosed Celiac. I believe they have changed management in recent years, and it shows. I ordered the meat lover's skillet, which I have eaten before at the restaurant with no issue, even after my Celiac diagnosis. This most recent visit, the server didn't appear to understand what I meant when I said "gluten allergy". He looked at me confused, so I asked that he just note it with my order so that the kitchen could take appropriate precautions, such as changing gloves. He shrugged me off and said, "it's already gluten free". Then, they brought my meal out along with everyone else's (on the same platter as pancakes and toast), and the server didn't even know what each dish was when serving everyone. Against my better judgment, I ate the meal. I had severe pain and related Celiac symptoms ~ 2 hours later. I would not recommend eating here if you are Celiac.

Two celiacs in town visiting. GF pancakes and French toast (with bacon) were WONDERFUL and felt great after eating them! Also had a waffle option. Going again tomorrow!

The server assured me they take their gf orders seriously and was knowledgeable about what had gluten in it. The gf pancakes are delicious, especially with the real maple syrup that's available upon request. This is my favorite breakfast place... don't know how they get their omelettes so fluffy, but they're perfect every time.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. My server informed me that all pancakes, waffles, eggs, and hash browns were cooked on a shared surface. I asked for an omelette cooked in a clean pan and I felt like a massive inconvenience. Didn’t die or starve tho, so I appreciated that.

Best gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had. Awesome wait staff too. Michelle even told me I should try the cinnamon roll pancakes next time I come so I ordered them to go! Can’t wait to try those.

The GF waffles and pancakes are delicious! I just put fruit and powdered sugar on them. They also have Avocado toast with eggs and fruit, which is a great alternative- just tell them to make sure it’s GF bread. The staff is amazing!

They have been great. We eat here almost weekly for brunch. Let them know if you have a ‘gluten allergy’ and they take extra precautions. I order an omelet with the GF pancakes on the side. My pancakes arrive w a toothpick on them to show they are GF.
