The one kind of pancakes they offered gluten free (lemon blueberry ricotta) were fine but the fact they only one option was gluten free (not even an option to add strawberries, fruit, whipped cream etc) send too have been a cop out in their part. Yes. They have gluten free options listed and those include 1 pancake, all omelettes, and a quinoa bowl. That is all. So for a place that has a huge menu with many naturally gluten free products such as eggs, ham, bacon, already a gluten free pancake base, the fact that they don’t have any gluten free breads available or any listed combo meals that are gluten free on the menu was frustrating. My waitress gave me a bit of attitude when I specified that I needed celiac safe and kind of rolled her eyes when I handed her my gluten card. Sorry, but her answers didn’t inspire confidence so I felt the need to pull it out. Probably won’t be back. I’ll stick with Snooze.

Pancakes were not gluten free ( tested with nema ) , scrambled eggs were gluten free ( same thing tested with nema ) I didn’t like the food though . If you are celiac and get sick with cross contamination Would not eat here unless you have a nema to test your food with .

I’m a “lucky” Celiac and I have been to two Eggstasy locations (Chandler and Scottsdale) about 10 times in the past couple months and never had an issue. Staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable regarding GF. The pancakes are awesome and they be been addicted. Bacon, sausage, and hash browns are also gluten free.
