Excellent choice for gluten free meal. Server knew chips are fried in dedicated fryer and checked with cook who said chicken, ground beef, shrimp, and beans plus veggies would be good GF choices. I ate almost entire basket of chips with yummy salsa myself! My husband had huge plate of nachos with ground beef. They took good care of us at El Acapulco!

We showed the managers a gluten free travel card in English and they asked if we had one in Spanish, they showed their staff and explained to their waiters. They have a dedicated fryer for chips and are willing to fry other items in small pan. Their fajita chicken or steak nachos are amazing. They keep a separate skillet to cook them in instead of flat grill where tortillas are warmed. When we come in now they just ask if we want the "little pot meal", they even have a button on pos for this option to tell kitchen. There is always one of two managers there that will assist in any way show ingredients etc. We eat there frequently and never have an issue.
