The owner has taken classes on GF and has created some really tasty salads and dinner plates that are GF and even DF. They are very accommodating to your requests. For high sensitive individuals there may be some cross contamination possiblity, but I have not had problems. I love the grilled flank steaks rancheros, or the chicken toscany, or the blackened chicken salad with roasted poblano peppers and citrus vinaigrette dressing.
