None of the staff have any knowledge of GF; even regarding chips / salsa.

Staff was fantastic! I ordered the enchiladas Supreme on corn tortillas. I was told it was gluten free and they understood the "allergy". I ate 4 bites before I had to take off to the bathroom.

The staff needs a lot of education about what celiac is. They do not have any gluten free tortillas or hard shells. The chips are made of gluten free ingredients but they are Cross contaminated For my main I had to pick and choose what I wanted that I knew was gluten free. I didn't feel comfortable picking anything on the menu. I would advise people who are very sensitive to gluten to steer clear of the restaurant unless you are very confident in your ability to discuss items with the staff and a fairly good knowledge of what ingredients are gluten free.
No
Not Celiac safe, they needed a little education and checking, but got the 1,50 each Street Tacos and made a meal of 6 of them. Prices very reasonable, staff friendly and helpful, and drinks also very reasonable. Best of all, no symptoms, so they seem to have done it OK. Would feel better to know they understood kitchen procedures to avoid cross contamination, and they have no dedicated fryer, so all the chips went to my buddy. With a little training they could be a great inexpensive GF stop.

I am only gluten sensitive, not fully allergic but I want to comment on the service. We were immediately greeted, our drinks were always full, the food was fast and delicious, and the best part is that my toddler's food came out within five minutes of ordering and at a perfect temperature for a kid!
All homemade so they can tell u what is in each dish. Am not celiac but intolerant and never had issues. I only pick dishes with corn tortillas.
Great food. Reasonable prices. Mostly corn tortillas (authentic Mexican) wiling to make accommodation.
