Review of El Caporal II

We have eaten here repeatedly for over 15 years and have never had issues as long as we make menu selections that are simple (enchiladas, fajitas with corn tortillas, etc.). The staff isn't necessarily knowledgable about gluten, but with smart selection of menu items we've never encountered a problem.
