Keeping it simple as previous long time customer review suggests ,corn tortillas & carne asada. I do think the majority of the menu is pretty safe, but for Celiac as I am I kept it simple. I did try a few corn chips before finding out that they have what sounded to be a shared frier ( frier may also be used for flour tortillas) . I’ll update if 3 fried chips cause an issue or not… Update! I didn’t have any issues from a few chips, very tasty excellent meal. I’d still suggest avoiding the frier if your very sensitive. Stick to basics that you’d order at any traditional Mexican restaurant. Explain your Gluten allergy politely, and that you’ll get very sick. For me , I asked for no spices on my carne asada, just salt and pepper…I think it was the normal way, but my server made sure. :) excellent big meal. No issues !
