No, They do not understand what Gluten Free means. Yes,the chips are corn. Yes, you can get corn tortillas but, that’s the limit of the knowledge. Eat at your own risk! Also, we were served sour cream that was bad🤦🏼♀. Yikes.

Chips are fried separately and are gluten free.
Corn tortillas are 100% corn(beware of other Mexican restaurants because a lot are still 10% flour). The proteins are not marinated with soy sauce or anything containing gluten, they are only seasoned and the seasoning is gluten free. But the big kicker, THE RICE is NOT gluten free…it contains wheat 😭
The food and service has always been amazing but when I think Mexican I definitely think of good Spanish rice so this last time we thanked them for being helpful but passed on dinner.

El Cazador went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Their chips go into a separate fryer and corn tortillas can be heated in foil upon request. Fajitas were delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again!
