I went to El Centro for happy hour. While the menu has markings for what contains gluten, the servers have very little knowledge of what gluten even is. After I confirmed that I needed a gluten free meal (tacos), the server asked: flour, or corn tortillas? It did not make me feel confident about the meal, though I did get corn tortillas and wasn’t glutened.

Came here because the menu says most foods are gluten free. Nothing is. They switch corn and flour tortillas and everything is cross contaminated. Avoid if you have celiac.

Great food menu was marked with what wasnt gluten free.
Amazing food, fun atmosphere, and nearly everything is GF. I had a belly ache afterwards, but it was just from eating too much! I would go back here the next time I'm in DC. Also, I recommend the shrimp enchiladas soooo good.
