They are very knowledgeable on cross contamination and there gf options on the menu. Do not have a dedicated fryer but do make accommodations. When I informed the server of my gluten allergy they went through the menu with me on what is safe to eat and made special accommodations like cooking it in the oven instead of the grill and changing flower to corn tortillas within a certain dish.
