The waiter and staff were not very knowledgeable about gluten. The staff wasn’t sure where the flour tortillas or meat were cooked so not many options seemed safe. I asked the waiter if the cooks could change gloves and make sure there wasn’t contact with flour tortillas. I ordered the taco salad thinking it would be the best option, it was served to me and a flour tortilla bowl.
