I gave this place a try when it was at the Pearlridge Farmer's Market, asked a bunch of questions which were all answered in a way that made me feel safe enough to go for it. Legitimately one of the best beef dishes I've ever had, full stop. Super flavorful even without the sauce and even tastier with it. The rice was a bit smokier than I like but that's just personal preference. Other sides were good. Will definitely stop by again.

Originally from Peru, and inspired by classic Peruvian’s preparation techniques, we amplify our dishes by taking advantage of the islands’ bounty. Making cohesive plates, we show our best ingredients and spices to speak for itself in its simplicity. We invite you to experience our twist on Peruvian cuisine inspired with island flair.

Anticuchos, Poor Man’s fried rice, and Mazamorra.

** Picarones (butternut squash doughnuts) upon request can be made gluten free.
