The chips are not gluten free. They offered to bake some in the oven but 20 minutes later said that the oven was too full. I went with a friend who is dairy free and she had a difficult time. Lots of butter in the rice so she couldn’t eat the rice. There was also dairy in the Baja sauce on the fajita bowl. They struggled to adequately serve people with food intolerances.

Really good and really good about celiac but I wouldn’t go here just on the basis that their chips are in a shared fryer and they’re soooo tempting but I got glutened from them but I cannot sit there baked with all my friends chowing down on those chipppps

So far this has been a great experience. The waitress has taken my celiac seriously and is well educated. She has checked with the kitchen multiple times to ensure my meal is safe to eat. They offered to make me chips in the oven since the the fryer is not safe. I will update post if I have a reaction. I ordered the carne asada tacos with corn tortillas. The kitchen is cooking my meal in a separate section of the kitchen.
