El Gran Charro Mexican Restaurant

They do not have a gluten free menu or allergen list, but they seem to understand gluten sensitivity. I don't think they understand celiacs because they offered me tortilla chips and crunchy corn taco shells, which are fried in the same oil as other gluten full foods. I ended up ordering a la carte chicken enchilada with verde sauce, refried beans, and Spanish rice. I also ordered flan for dessert. I am highly sensitive and I did not get sick. I'm not sure I would push my luck a second time though.

**Update, I went a second time and got chicken enchiladas with verde sauce and black beans. The server understood and we were even able to speak with the kitchen to ensure that my meal would be safe. I did not get sick and I would be willing to push my luck a third time.
