We called ahead of time and they let us know that pretty much everything on the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free except the deep fried stuff which I expected!
When I got there I got it confirmed by the waitress that most everything is in fact gluten free and is made separately from anything containing flour. I ordered the Pollo El Relleno and WOW! It was incredible! The nachos and chips and salsa are also delicious. My husband was also very impressed with the authenticity of most of the dishes there (He lived in Mexico for a couple of years).
I will definitely be coming back! Just keep in mind that you will have to order or get dessert somewhere else. But that was fine by me!

I eat here often and have never been sick. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about what has gluten and what doesn’t. Highly recommend!
