El Huasteco Mexican Restaurant

I’m gluten sensitive. We let them know when we entered and the staff was phenomenal. I had multiple staff members stop by the table to explain the menu. The only things with wheat were the flour tortillas and the enchilada sauce. I got fajitas and they provided corn tortillas which were amazing. The food was delicious

This restaurant was absolutely amazing when it comes to no cross contamination! They cooked and prepared my food separately, changed gloves, changed pans, and even brought the food out separately. My waiter was very respectful and made sure that I was fine after the meal. You can order anything on the menu just ask for no tortilla and make aware of a gluten problem. 10/10 would recommend for someone with celiac.
