I’ve eaten here for lunch 3-4 times in the last 6 months. They are consistent and safe for a reactive celiac. I eat the same thing every time and have never gotten sick. I get the fajita bowl with black beans rice, avocado, chicken and pico. They list all of their proteins as GF but I’m a bit scared of soy marinated steak and food starch contaminated taco meat. So I stick with chicken which seems to have a citrus marinade. Chips are a no go. Don’t try them as they fry gluten in the same oil.
