The staff was very friendly. Owner came out to speak to me. One chef is gluten free. No fried foods as there is only one fryer. Nima tested no gluten.

Although they don't have a GF menu printed yet, they do have a list of GF options. Just ask the waiter, they are very helpful. They will suggest substitutions for certain dishes as well (subbing corn tortillas in flour tortilla dishes, etc).
