By chance, our server Kara was also a Celiac! She walked me through the whole menu and assured me she would follow up with the kitchen to make sure Celiac protocols were followed, which they are very familiar with because of her. My husband and I each had 2 tacos and a margarita, all delicious! Mine were on gluten free corn tortillas and I felt like I could actually relax and eat my food without worry. The tacos and the burrito bowl were pretty much the only safe thing though, because the chips are fried in a shared fryer. You can get steak, chicken or shrimp. I had steak and shrimp and they were awesome! $6 each and a bit small, but I was full after the 2 of them and a big margarita ($14).
