Came for breakfast. Coffee is STRONG!! Was told no dedicated fryer. Had breakfast tacos, and they were excellent. A tad pricey, but it’s in a hotel.

I won’t say the server as super reassuring lol, but basically all tacos come on a gf corn tortilla. Fried/battered stuff such as the fish is not gf as in a shared fryer. Had the shrimp tacos and didn’t get sick :) apparently the gf churros are done in their own fryer but the savory fryer is all shared so not safe. Food was tasty and fresh!!

Excellent pain free spicy breakfast. They are working on a new menu that should be out by the end of the year with more gf options but there was enough to satisfy us both today. Recommend

We had an amazing gf meal here! We came for happy hour and had nachos, shishito peppers, corn, margaritas and gf churros! They have a dedicated fryer, although nothing is marked gf on the menu. They were so friendly and helpful and the food was insane. I once told my celiac son he’d probably never get to eat churros, so when i saw gf churros on the menu here we knew we had to eat here - and they were better than any non-gf churros I’ve ever had! So thankful this place exists and during happy hour our meal was really reasonable!

Most of the menu is gf, waitress knew the protocol backwards and forwards, and they have a separate fryer! Tacos were delicious and we had the gf churros for desert — they were insane. So happy we chose this place to close out our vacation.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while perusing Find Me GF during the drive from the airport… and I sure am glad I did. The waitstaff is so understanding of celiac, and I felt very safe and reassured. I hadn’t had a churro since my celiac diagnosis, and these churros made the wait completely worth it! I literally dreamt about them that night. This place was so good that we came back the next night too. Plus, the entire hotel design is super funky, so you really can’t go wrong.

At first I really didn’t feel comfortable eating here because before I got to the hotel I got mixed answers from the staff. So you have to talk to server and chef you can eat. Their is salads, tacos, nacho on somedays because the chips are made in a dedicated fryer when the cantina is open. You can’t eat breakfast here but the latte is gluten free.

There is a separate frier for churros and corn chips. Staff seemed knowledgeable. I ordered the curroa, which were amazing and labeled gf on the menu. The green salad was good; if a little small. Margaritas were amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful.
